INDIVIDUAL WORK
With an education in both professional counseling and energy therapy, I use my 20 + years of direct service experience to help my clients see what patterns and deep rooted fears are holding them back from living a life they say they want. I use a variety of modalities which are client focused based on their individual needs. I help my clients focus in on the blocks they have for choosing themselves, their personal needs, and teach practices to return to their confidence and wisdom to do so.
Phone/Video Sessions: $150/hour
30 min session- $75
ENERGY THERAPY
As a certified Master Energy Therapist using the Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) modality, I use remote energy work to support clients in releasing resistant patterns and energy that may be unconsciously holding them back.
IET helps to clear or modify unwanted recurrent or chronic mental, emotional, or behavioral patterns, while imprinting new desired patterns or intentions. It supports the release of past traumas in a gentle and supportive way, without re-experiencing them. Reduces stress/anxiety and physical, emotional, mental, and energetic impacts of stress.
IET can also help clarify personal and spiritual paths, while promoting balance and integration.
1 Hour Session- $165
30 Minute Session- $80
15 Minute Empowerment Session- $35
LIBERATION GROUP
(6 Week Session Closed Group)
Liberation- a village of support to help you step into a life that inspires you. This group is designed to help you connect with the fear, resistance or lingering effects of a traumatic event that feels like its holding you back from moving forward in some aspect of your life. Individually, you will be guided to connect with this resistance, and as a group we will work through it with compassion, care and courage to release its grip. We all could use extra support when we are moving through the tough stuff.
